Potency is Important

I love essential oils in my life, & so does my husband!

Carlos really likes the diffuser, always remembering to turn them on in all our rooms.   I started diffusing essential oils over a year ago, with a goal to use them for diffusing to help me sleep. This is where the journey began. Since I have made our home chemical free as I can. Our cleaning products, to our soaps, all chemical free.  Now we are chemical free, and loving it!

My real  quick  experience to share, Carlos and I were  diffusing in our TV room, when I asked if he had been polishing his shoes. I was smelling a chemical, very much like shoe polish. He responds; no I have not, it is the diffuser. When I looked next to the diffuser, I saw the essential oils that came with our diffuser. I am in love with the Ella Diffusers, however not the free oils they put in the package with the diffuser.  This time they added their eucalyptus and lavender essential oils.

Eek! they are awful!  Literally,  they smell just like shoe polish!

Doterra  Essential Oils,  they smell exactly as they should, which is the name on the bottle. 

As for the other bottles, hum…. maybe I will use them  as an ingredient to use them up. 

Soothing Deep Blue

Soothing Lavender and Refreshing Lemon
