Recipes to Help Reduce Blood Sugar

HIGH BLOOD SUGAR REDUCER

3 drops Coriander or Basil

3 drops Metabolic Blend

1 drop Oregano

Taken two to three times per day in capsule

 

LOW BLOOD SUGAR (use to improve)

2 drops Rosemary

1 drop Geranium

1 drop Cypress

Apply to chest and reflexology points on feet and hands (dilute if needed), or diffuse

 

BLOOD SUGAR BALANCE BLEND

RECIPE #1:

2 drops Cinnamon

2 drops Clove

4 drops Rosemary

3 drops Thyme

Combine in 10ml roller bottle; fill the remainder with a carrier oil; apply to bottoms of feet, massage; focus on arch of the foot to target pancreas reflex points

RECIPE #2:

2 drops Cinnamon

5 drops Cypress

Combine in the palm of one hand then distribute across bottoms of feet, the center of the abdomen just below the ribs (over the pancreas)

 

DAILY ROUTINE FOR SUPPORTING HEALTHY BLOOD SUGAR

1-2 drops grounding blend

Rub on bottoms of feet in the morning

Use three times daily

1-2 drops lavender

Rub on feet at night prior to sleep

 

NEUROPATHY NEUTRALIZER

3-4 drops cypress

3-4 drops coriander

3-4 drops soothing blend

Apply to legs below knees all the way to bottoms of feet; massage.  Use at least morning and night.

 

BLOOD SUGAR BALANCING CINNAMON TEA

1-2 drops cinnamon bark

1/2 cup warm water

Place 1-2 drops of the cinnamon bark in 1/2 cups of warm water, sweeten with 1 teaspoon raw honey or agave nectar if needed. 

 

GRAPEFRUIT DETOX DELIGHT

1-2 drops cassia or cinnamon bark

3 drops grapefruit

Use in a 24-oz water bottle.  Shake, do not stir.  Drink throughout the day.
