Harmful habits that lead to an unhealthy weight can be devastating to personal wellness. When people feel they need to use weight, at times diet comes into place. Diet is not the only way to help you lose weight. If you really want to lose weight one of the best ways to do it is by going to the gym and working out. Cardio, weight training, and ab work are very important. “Being overweight can bring about undesirable emotional effects such as depression, anxiety, and mood swings” (Essential Life Book). When you carry a lot of fat on your body, it can increase the risk of having all sorts of diseases such as diabetes or possibly even a heart attack. According to the Essential Life book, “essential oils and whole-food supplementation can be powerful allies in the process of maintaining a healthy weight and losing excess weight.”
